The Division of Nature, Environment and Forestry aims are coordinating research and teaching activities, and encouraging interactions and synergies between individual researchers belonging to the Division. In particular the Division of Nature, Environment and Forestry promotes the development, management and coordination of basic and applied research and teaching activities in the thematic areas of the Natural sciences, Environmental sciences and Forestry.

Division scopes are consistent with: – the two curricula “Biodiversity” and “Biomedicine”, of the bachelor degree in Biological Sciences and the master in Biology – the master in Forestry and in Environmental sciences.

The Nature, Environment and Forestry is distinguished by the presence of highly qualified researchers, with many years of experience in the implementation of european, national and local projects.
