She has written several monographs and studies in scientific reviews and collective works. Research fields: philosophy of law; legal implications of new technology; computer law; bioethics; social complexity and social systems theory; globalization and law. One of the next main objectives is to continue the research on the role of law within the complex society, also in the light of issues emerging from the technological development. In particular, this research aims to tackle the essential principles for a responsible legal regulation of new technologies, which is increasingly important due to the lack of knowledge, especially among the young generations, of the relationship between scientific applications and ethical-legal normativity.
